Are your products nut-free/allergen-free?
Frosted By Katie is not a nut-free/allergen-free site, therefore cannot guarantee cupcakes are nut-free/allergen-free.

Do you offer vegan or gluten-free cupcakes?
Frosted By Katie does not offer vegan or gluten-free options at this time.

What type of buttercream do you use? Do you use fondant?
All cupcakes are specially frosted with Swiss Meringue Buttercream.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?
To best meet your needs, please inquire at least 1 week in advance. Otherwise, send an
e-mail and I will try my best to accommodate short notices.

How long do your cupcakes stay fresh for?
Cupcakes stay fresh for 3 days stored in the fridge. They are best taken out 30 minutes before serving.

Can I mix and match cake flavours?
Orders are limited to one cake flavour per regular-sized dozen and per 2 dozen for minis.

Do you require a deposit?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance is due the day before your order. You are also welcome to pay the full amount upfront for your convenience :)

What happens if I need to cancel my order?
If necessary, you can cancel your order at least 48 hours prior to pick-up. However, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.

What method of payment do you accept?
All payments are to be made by e-transfer to the e-mail provided to you once an order confirmation e-mail has been sent to you.

Do you offer delivery?
Orders are only available for pick-up from our Mississauga, ON location.
